Casey is a well-known author and financial educator in Michigan, teaching
locally at The Macomb Library. Dan has been mentioned numerous times in The Detroit Free Press, The Detroit News, and featured in the Macomb Daily and is a frequent guest on the popular show "The Bright Side of Aging" on
690am or you also may have heard him on 1380AM or 1500AM.
Dans articles have been published several times in "Senior Living News and Quality
Lifestyle Magazine. Mr. Casey also produced and hosted his own TV show,
Senior Finances which debuted on WADL Channel 38 in April, 2003.
For 15 years, Mr. Casey has been teaching investors age 55+ how to preserve their assets, increase their income, and reduce income taxes. His educational booklets, Annuity Owner Mistakes was written up in The Money Report in The Detroit Free Press and IRA Distribution Mistakes was mentioned in The Detroit News. Dan is regarded as a local expert in the financial risks and opportunities of retirement and regularly hosts free workshops for seniors on a variety of financial planning issues. Dan is a Registered Investment Advisor Associate
licensed with the state of Michigan and hes one of 7,000 Certified Senior
Advisors (CSA) in the U.S. To become a CSA, Dan successfully completed a
20-part program proving his expertise in many areas including senior housing,
health issues, and of course, senior finances.
